Prior to selling real estate, I oversaw the marketing, public relations, and escrow transactions for a Coldwell Banker top 1% sales team in California. Utilizing my design background, I was influential in our relationships with builders and clients, carefully working with both the selection of materials and helping them make knowledgeable design decisions. Linda Gardner

Linda is a Principal Broker, has earned a CRS – Certified Residential Specialist and ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative and also holds CSP and SFR designations (Certified (new home) Sales Professional and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource). She has successfully completed many short sales for clients and has sold and marketed hundreds of homes in the area for both buyers and sellers. Like your average Bend Oregon real estate agent, I started as a standard broker, switching hats daily from listing agent— trained to make a home look its best both in person and in paper— to the critical and analytical buyer’s agent— trained to discover the underside of that pretty sheen in order to best serve his or her clients.
