Prior to selling real estate, I oversaw the marketing, public relations, and escrow transactions for a Coldwell Banker top 1% sales team in California. Utilizing my design background, I was influential in our relationships with builders and clients, carefully working with both the selection of materials and helping them make knowledgeable design decisions. Why does Thom only work with buyers?

Like your average Bend Oregon real estate agent, I started as a standard broker. One day I was a listing agent, trained to make a home look its best both in person and on paper.  The next day I was the critical buyer’s agent, trained to discover the underside of that pretty sheen to best serve my clients. I soon realized that my personality and intellect are best suited to the buy side, guiding and protecting my clients from bad decisions.  And that’s when I specialized, as a Bend Oregon Buyer’s Agent.
